万宁，作为海南自由贸易港中充满活力的滨海旅游城市，不仅拥有迷人的海岛风光，更致力于打造成为青年人才“逐梦”的摇篮。项目位于万宁度假区，设计的目的是打破传统酒店与长租公寓的界限，打造一个集 “旅居休憩、创业支持、社交互动” 于一体的复合型青年社区。
Wanning, as a vibrant coastal tourism city within the Hainan Free Trade Port, not only boasts enchanting island scenery but is also dedicated to becoming a cradle for young talents to pursue their dreams. The project is located in the Wanning Resort Area. The design aims to break down the boundaries between traditional hotels and long-term rental apartments, creating a multifunctional youth community that integrates “living and vacationing, entrepreneurial support, and social interaction.”
