该建筑设计的核心为中央景观呼吸大厅，由景观共享大厅连接各个场馆，地面绿毯延伸至二层平台，上层场馆漂浮于空中，与中央公园形成对望。共享大厅串联起游泳/篮球/羽毛球/综合活力馆四大功能盒。通过坡道、错位露台、视野开放的共享大厅实现与城市对话。
The core of this architectural design is the central landscape breathing hall, which connects various venues through the shared landscape hall. The ground-level green carpet extends to the second-floor platform, while the upper-level venues float in the air, facing the central park. The shared hall links four functional boxes: swimming, basketball, badminton, and a comprehensive vitality hall. Through ramps, staggered terraces, and the open-view shared hall, a dialogue with the city is achieved.
