本项目位于北戴河，由一栋一层既有建筑改造而成。设计策略为在原建筑骨架内植入多个独立的“观景盒子”，将原本封闭或单一的空间转化为具有多重视线关系与停留节点的艺术场所。盒子向外延伸后，室内净使用空间同时向盒子内部拓展。参观者从原建筑的灰色空间步入盒子，视线被玻璃框限定，聚焦于窗外的海面，形成“实墙—洞口—盒子—风景”的视线序列。
This project is located in Beidaihe and is transformed from an existing one story building. The design strategy is to implant multiple independent “observation boxes” within the original building skeleton, transforming the originally enclosed or single space into an art venue with multiple visual relationships and stopping nodes. After the box extends outward, the indoor net usable space also expands inward of the box. Visitors step into the box from the gray space of the original building, their line of sight limited by the glass frame, focusing on the sea outside the window, forming a sequence of “real wall opening box scenery”.
