2021年初接受业主委托，承接项目设计与施工，功能为健身工作室，面向青年人，以私教为主。当时处于疫情最严峻时期，经济与生活都放慢了节奏，反而有助于精耕细作，最终在漫长的疫情中精雕细琢，历时近两年，于2022年末完工投入使用。
In early 2021, the studio was commissioned to take on the design and construction of a fitness studio aimed at young people, with a primary focus on personal training. At the time, the COVID-19 pandemic was at its peak, and both the economy and daily life had slowed down. This slowdown, however, allowed for more careful and thoughtful work. Through meticulous refinement during the long pandemic period, the project took nearly two years to complete and was finally put into use at the end of 2022.

钢板冲孔密度及大小的控制可以使坚硬的材料达到一种超轻盈的通透感，在不改变材料的同时实现虚实对比。对热轧钢原本的锻造颜色进行保留，展现其返璞归真的自然特点。夹丝玻璃（夹丝防火玻璃）提高玻璃的可识别度，不仅消除碰撞的危险性还为建筑材料在装修空间的运用提供可能。
Controlling the density and size of perforations gives steel panels an exceptionally lightweight translucency, achieving a solid-void contrast without altering the material. The natural forged color of hot-rolled steel is preserved, highlighting its unpretentious character. Wired glass (fire-resistant wired glass) improves glass visibility — reducing collision risks while opening up new possibilities for architectural materials in interior spaces.

受层高限制，在楼板加建上将结构厚度减到极致，层高4710，需要加建一层做成LOFT格局，因此采用200高工字钢作为主梁，保证较重的器材可以使用，上铺设20厚（10+1+10）钢化夹胶磨砂防滑玻璃，头部空间不被结构占用，一层空间净高2345（玻璃下净高）二层净高2345（板下净高），楼板厚度仅20，同时因采用了玻璃结构，定制灯安装在200高的工字梁内侧，可为上下两层同时提供照明，且不占用装修厚度。
Constrained by limited ceiling height, the structural thickness of the added floor slab was reduced to an absolute minimum. With an original floor-to-floor height of 4710mm, a mezzanine level was required to create a LOFT layout. A 200mm-high I-beam was adopted as the main beam to support heavy equipment, with a 20mm-thick (10+1+10) tempered laminated frosted anti-slip glass panel laid on top, ensuring that headroom was not compromised by the structure. The clear height of the ground floor is 2345mm (below the glass ceiling), and the clear height of the mezzanine level is also 2345mm (below the beam), resulting in a total floor slab thickness of only 20mm. Additionally, thanks to the use of the glass structure, custom lighting fixtures were installed inside the 200mm-high I-beam, providing illumination for both levels simultaneously without consuming additional finishing thickness.

结构完全外露，清水砖外露，节约了大量装饰厚度，结构板与楼梯的结构美学在空间中完全展现，利用不同材料本身的颜色质感统一成一种和谐的空间语言，即节约了成本也达到了较高的审美形态。
The structure is fully exposed, with fair-faced brick left exposed, saving a significant amount of finishing thickness. The structural aesthetics of the slab and staircase are fully revealed within the space. The natural colors and textures of different materials are unified into a harmonious spatial language, which not only reduces costs but also achieves a high level of aesthetic quality.
